This is now my second life. I had a year that changed everything; my marriage, my job, my home and my health. Now I have changed my life. I've lost over 100 pounds of weight, started a new career and have a new life. My goal is to encourage others to live their lives to the fullest as well by living a complete life, with a healthy body, spirit and soul.
